Product Multi Unit Management and POD

Hi,

I find that if Product Multi Unit Management , the POD didn't work.

For instance , The inventory management unit for products is EA, while the sales unit is KG. The conversion relationship between units is that 1 EA equals 20KG .

When I create a sales order 80KG , and the sales order is POD related .

After I post the delivery , I find that I can't create the POD.

Hello @omega-ou 

I have reviewed the scenario you shared.

If you maintain POD relevancy at the sales order level, it will not function as expected for default configuration. I recommend maintaining POD relevancy in the customer master data if the customer is relevant for POD. In this way you can achieve your requirement.

If you want decide POD relevance in the sales order instead of using Customer Master Data, please change the default configuration as shown in the screenshot below
