Dear all,
How do we do product costing for configurable material? Please tell me the step by step procedure to do product costing for configurable material.
I will award full points.
Thanks & Regards,
A.Anandarajan.
Hi
If the material has already been created then costing procedure will be as follows:
1) Create Bill of Material(BOM) for the same material by using T-Code CS01.
BOM contains all the reqiured details such as quantity, type of raw materials to produce a finished product.
2) After creating BOM make costing of the material by using T-Code-CK11N. Where you have to give material no., plant, and costing variant. Press enter for costing of material after entering of all required data. Then, save it.
3) After costing release the price of material in T.Code-CK24. Here you have to select the release button, which will update the current price of material in material master data. Then press marking, as it will update future price of material in material master data.
Hope you have understood.
Plz assign points if it is helpful.
Regards
Tapan
