Problem in Quantity Splitting in CO11N

Hi All,

I have a situation, when I am going to Auto GI through CO11N, I have splitted my GI qty into two parts.

1) Available qty

2) Non available qty.

When I am going to post both the quantity will move to the COGI.

Lets share an example. I am going to post a material 30 qty (GI-261). Available stock is 26.35. Now I have split the quantity into two parts,i.e., 26.35 & 3.65. Now my requirement is 26.35 qty will be posted and 3.65 qty will move to COGI.

But in my case both the quantities are moving to COGI.

Hello,

This could be due to same batch number for both the split records. And batch does not have enough quantity.

You need to split the record first then enter the batch for first record where you have available quantity.

Or may be after splitting you can remove the batch from second record and then save the confirmation.

Afther that you will have only one record in COGI with message M7 018 Enter Batch

Hi R Brahmankar,

Unfortunately this problem is not belongs to Batch managed materials. I am facing the problem for every material. I have also tried for non batch managed material, but result is same.

Thanks & regards

Hello,

What is version of SAP are you using?

Also share screen shot of CO11N with batch split as I said in my previous posting.

This is very strange. Check if you have some development with this BAdI's:

  1. WORKORDER_CONFIRM
  2. WORKORDER_GOODSMVT

Hi Paulo,

There is no enhancement in production order confirmation. Manually I am splitting the qty. I am unable to understand why system is behaving in this way.
