Actually my client is given furniture to employees for use and after 7 yrs of working employee can purchase that furniture on 5% value of furniture but acc to IT law 10% value of the furniture is redeemed every year.and client wants to maitained that difference of 5 and 10% in form16 because rest amount is taxable for that i have created one WT in IT0015 as Furniture named and the difference b/w 5 and 10 is maintained in IT0015 subtype 00FT that value reflected in form16 in perks field as Transfer of assests to Employees but that value is not added in gross emolument .
Please help.

Hi Pooja,
As per ur reply, I think u have created a wagetype as 00FT. If that is correct then, pls check CC 27 and do the necessary settings for PC 20 and 30.
However, analyze the error description, payroll log, and error log. U shud be able to get thru.

Hi,
For form 16 problem it looks like that there is some mismatch in the evaluation class setting. Below is the explanation of the same.
Annexure to Form No.16
This function prints the detailed amounts for the following income and
tax components:
-Emoluments Paid
-Perks
-Income from Other Sources
-Exemptions u/s 10
Each of the above four components are assigned to an Evaluation Class:
1.Emoluments Paid is assigned to the Evaluation Class 6.
2.Perks is assigned to the Evaluation Class 9.
3.Income from Other Sources is assigned to the Evaluation Class 8.
4.Exemptions u/s 10 is assigned to the Evaluation Class 7.
Each of the sub components is assigned to a Specification of the Evaluation Class. For example, Basic Salary under the component Emoluments Paid is assigned to Specification 1 of EvaluationClass 6. You can assign wage types to a particular Specification of an Evaluation Class, example, the Basic Salary wage types, MB10 and MB1F to Specification 1 of Evaluation Class 6. The amounts assigned to MB10 and MB1F, for an employee, are printed against Basic Salary, in this report.
Similarly, you can assign other wage types to the relevant specification Once the wage types are configured, as mentioned above, the break up will be available in form 16 annexure. Also, check if Note 1576504 has been implemented consistently.

Pooja:
as per std system....U jst create 1 WT as your perk and jst assign evaluation class 9 as per ur need using V_T512W_D and see in your F16 5th page i.e. Form 12BA in the perks value it will display and the same will replica to Annexure to Form No.16 and also the same will display on the 1st of ur F16 in the perks area, if these things are in the rite track then your perks are in correct process....U jst need to analyse properly...Need not require to do any other areas of spl config except EC 9 settings.
Hope you understood.
All the best.

TATA
Hi Pooja,
The value of Gross Emoluments is taken from /416 of the RT of the pernr. You need to check the various components that are being added to /416. Please check if all the values are being added in the /416 of the employee as gross salary is taken from the /416 of the RT. In the annexure you can print the same in the different heads through evaluation class setting. So, you need to check if /416 in the payroll is correct or not for this employee? You can check this by checking the /124, /125 & /127 for each month. And if your /416 is correct let me know the components which are forming this amount.
Gross Salary Wage Type (/416) = Ann Reg Income Wage Type (/410) + Ann Irr Income Wage Type (/411) + Annual Perk Wage Type (/413) + Prev Gross salary Wage Type (/4V1) + Val of perk u/s 17(2) Wage Type (/4VJ) + Profts wrt sal u/s 17(3) Wage Type (/4VK) - Exm.under pro.to sec17(2) Wage Type (/414).
In this case it looks like that there is a wagetype for which evaluation class 6 is maintained but that wagetype is not getting added in the Gross salary in the payroll.
In the annexure to Form 16 the salary components displayed under emoluments paid are displayed from wagetypes based on evaluation class 6- assigned to different components according to specification. The Gross Emoluments comes from wagetypes based on Evaluation Class 9- assigned to different components according to specification.
Now you need to check in the payroll from which all wagetype this value is coming up. And all those wagetpyes should be displayed in the detail section. In Form 16 the Gross Emoluments displayed on Annexure to Form 16 is
also the same.
