Problem in Assets Transfer- ABT1N

Hi..

While using Transaction Code ABT1N for intercompany asset transer i m getting the following Error

"Transaction Type TTT not possible (no affiliated company specified )"

Note: TTT is company code from which i wants to transfer the assets to some other company code.

And one more thing i m transffering the assets not to the Existing assets. Creating as new assets.

Plz... solve this problem its urgent......

Hello John

The error is caused by an inconsistency in configuration. In OBY6, no company ID defined for company codes, so they are not affliated companies. But in the transaction type, 'post to affliated cocd.' is clicked. That's why you probably get the error.

If you changes the trans. types without post to interco, the error

could be removed. You could also update your customizing in

OBY6 if they are affiliated companies.
