Privilege Leave +ve time

Hi Experts,

Greetings for the Day.

I have one issue (positive time) with Privilege Leave Quota

Every four months 10 days privilege leaves will add Privilege leave quota.

Ex: 31.12.2014- 10 days added

1. 30.04.2015- 10 days added
2. 31.08.2015- 10 days added
3. 31.12.2015- 10 days added.

But while executing PT60-31.03.2016 added 10 days Privilege leave.(wrongly added)

But actually it should add 30.04.2016.

Kindly provide me the solution to resolve the issue.

Is this 4-month validation configured through a PCR or through the quota generation rule?

asper the screen it should generate 30.04.2016. but its generated 31.03.2016.

kindly provide some solution.

Unlike other years, this year was a leap year Did that make this prepone to one day.. Can be.

If it's through PCR, please attach a screenshot of the processing of the PCR for any one employee.

You have defined the transfer period as accrual period, which is defined as four months. Looks like this is a customer-defined period parameter. You should check the period dates for this period parameter in v_t549q.

Thank you so much for your guidance and help.

the issue has been resolved.

Solution: we checked V_T549Q, time evaluation periods not maintained properly because of that reason the issue found in correct. we checked and we maintained Correct Time evaluation periods.after that the issue is resolved.

Hi Chandra,

You can use IT2013 Quota corrections to make changes to the quota created during time evaluation.

You have multiple options for the same. The correction would reflect in the system in the next time evaluation run.. If you want to make it happen right away, select the transfer immediately checkbox.
