Printing Performance Reviews

Good Afternoon,

I am seeking guidance on the path to undertake regarding printing the performance review form. So far, I've found that we can leverage HRHAP00_SMARTFORMS and HRHAP_document_get_default to pull the review data and format for a final performance review. Is this the right path or are there others to consider ? We do not have adobe forms turned on so we can't use the PDF option.

Just wanting to make sure we are directionally correct before launching.

Chris - do you mean you don't have Adobe Document Services turned on? If that's not on, I don't know if you can print the document at all. The old version of the print layout uses Smartforms and the current uses Adobe as they layout. Whether you go with the smartform or adobe for your customized print layout, both will launch using adobe reader by the user when they hit the print button.
