Hello,
I operate 4 companies within my SAP Business One system. One of them is moving premises and I am wondering whether it is possible to print off address labels or print directly to envelope?
The only way i can see at present is to either:
1) Write/build a query and extract it to Excel.
2) Within the Business Master Data screen - add the relevant address columns via the form settings screen and again, extract this to excel.
I find it difficult to believe that such a basic function isn't available within SAP?
Would someone please advise.
Many Thanks
Juan
Hi,
I had given the solution like that by using QUERY PRINT LAYOUT...., Don't go for a single requirement for crystal report you can fulfil the requirement by using QLD itself....

Dear,
Use Crystal Report for label printing.
Create the query or procedure in SQL to fetch the data you require for label and create the crystal report based on that.
Integrate crystal report then with SAP business one.
It is not possible to print Labels with PLD.
or check below thread:
Hope this will help You.
Thanks,
Neetu

Hi,
This can be achieved by using QLD itself. But you have to customised it....
Write a query to retive the data based on the value that your required either it may give the Customer / Vendor ADDRESS LIST
Like below.
BPNAME
BILLING ADDRESS
STREET1,
STREET2,
City, Zipcode
Phone No : No.1, No.2,
This will print the information as you required.... as ADDRESS LABEL..
