Hi.
Here i have a requirement that, we are using RD00 out put type to print the invoice. This out put type will trigger automatically in to invoice with a specified printer. Once printing that invoice we need to change the printer name to LOCL. Some times we are forgetting to change that printer name to LOCL, so if some one gives print that will printing in default printer. That should not print second time at that specified printer.
is there any standard way to restrict the Output type from printing second time with same printer.
Hi Sri,
Answer to your question is NO in standard SAP.
But you can create and assign a requirement in output type.
In standard SAP you can make print out to be only once, but not once to each printer.

Hi Gopal.
Thanks for ur replay, i have one doubt.....u have mentioned that.."In standard SAP you can make print out to be only once". but i am able to give the print as many times as i wish with same printer. if i click on "Print" option in VF03 by selecting out put type RD00, that giving print and one new entry is coming in Invoice (VF03->Goto-> Header->output). Here system should not allow me to print that invoice more that once for the perticular output type and printer
