hi pls can any body solve my problem, its urgent. its like multiple pricing for a same product

scenario is . client is automative spare parts manufacturer. item in stock carries different prices. This is because of the statutory requirement to sell old material at old price and new material at new price. it is not applicable for some customer groups. so in sales order when customer order 5 pcs out of which if 3from old material and 2 from new material pricing should be different for old and new material.during delivery. delivery split should happen because here packing and invoicing should be done separately for old and new materials.

pls any body guide me how to proceed from order to invoice (in img, if possible detailly)

but when i asked some body they said that it can be done through batch process. like

1.· For manufactured goods – FERT items, one batch is defined for each calendar month with the format “YYYYMM.”

2.· Price list will be maintained with batch number.

so how price list will be maintained with batch number. in vk31 i could not find any column regarding batch.

3.· During delivery creation, a delivery split would happen with reference to batch and price in FIFO basis for quantity (different batches but same price will not have the split. Different batch with different prices will involve a delivery split)

pls can any body explain above three steps detailly or else send configuration steps of above 3 steps.

through routines u can solve ur problem,explain requirement to abaper so he do the changes.

hi

Firstly u will define different materials for new and old. U will need to define the buckets of age of materials. U cant have continuous scale and price will change accordingly. Hence u can make 3 or 4 parts and hence 3-4 materials for diff age materials.

So pricing is taken care off. Now shipping, for these customers u keep the order non ship complete first. Secondly keep the loading/pick pack time maintained when u defining the plants and storeage location. Hence u will get different routes and hecne different delivery dates and hene deliveries will get split. Once way also is to store the materials at different plant or same plant but different ship pt so that deliveries are created differently.
