Dear Consultants,
My schema works even if I am not put any value in subtotal column.
Please guide when are the following keys are used under different circumstances.
Q1: which keys to be used at what subtotal, are they necessary to use in subtotal?
1 Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI1
2 Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI2
3 Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI3
4 Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI4
5 Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI5
6 Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI6
9 Copy values to KOMP-BRTWR (gross value)
S Copy values to KOMP-EFFWR (effective value)
Q2 Is it necessary to use below key for deriving total value of PO by using below key?
S Copy values to KOMP-EFFWR (effective value)
Q3 What does the following keys meant for:
D Copy value to XWORKD
E Copy value to XWORKE
F Copy value to XWORKF
G Copy value to XWORKG
H Copy value to XWORKH
I Copy value to XWORKI
J Copy value to XWORKJ
K Copy price to XWORKK
L Copy price to XWORKL
M Copy price to XWORKM
Q4: what function condition class is performing? I used condition class Taxes in one of the condition type, the value of this condition was not totaling the net value of PO.
Even going through SAP Help and other documentation it is not giving any deep understanding on subject.
Request you to guide.
Thanks and regards

Hi ajay,
I hope by now you have gone thru the link forwarded to you by Dipak.
1) The first list you have given is of the components where the data is copied into when you specify the subtotal-type. For example, if you specify (1) against two conditions, the two condition values will be totalled and copied in KOMP-KZWI1, where KOMP is the Structure and KZWI1 is the field. If you do not specify any subtotalsin your schema, your system will work fine, but while creating the purchasing document, you will not be able to get the desired output in terms of the subtotalled figures. Against the gross value field, you have to enter 9 in the Subtotals column as this will copy the gross value to the table. Similarly, you must enter S in the subtotals column against the Effective Price field.
1 Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI1
2 Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI2
3 Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI3
4 Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI4
5 Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI5
6 Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI6
9 Copy values to KOMP-BRTWR (gross value)
S Copy values to KOMP-EFFWR (effective value)
2) Yes, you must enter S against the Effective Value field.
3) XWORKD, XWORKE are fields that you use to copy your values in case you have separate header and item conditions that you want to use for different line items.
4) Condition Class lets you control each condition type differently. For example, if you have multiple Condition Types for "Taxes", you can specify a condition class for the "Taxes" group. If required, you can recalculate all the taxes under the Tax Condition Class by changing any other parameter on which your tax criteria depends.

Saleel.
Hi Ajay
If you see fields in EKPO, it might give you an idea
Also check fields in structure KOMP (in txn SE11)
Subtotals are directly stored in EKPO and easy to get these in reports.
At least use 9 & S as in RM0000.
Q2: Yes
Q3: Not sure.
Best regards
Ramki
