What is the importance of requirement field in access sequence?
Can you create sales order for 40 items if the quotation is sent for 30 items?
What is z transaction?
What is backorder processing?
Hi
Requirement:
A factor in the condition technique that restricts access to a condition table. The system only accesses a condition table to determine the price if the requirement specified has been met.
Example:
The system uses an access sequence to determine the price of a material. One of the accesses in the sequence contains the requirement "in foreign currency." The system only uses the table behind this access if the sales order for which the price must be calculated is in a foreign currency.
A Sales document whose order items cannot be confirmed due to lack of availability or material shortages.
while doing sales order the material is not available some times at that time we give the delivery date when ever we expect goods. if the goods available earlier than delivery date we can go back with sales order and deliver the goods before first delivery date. this process called as backorder processing.(movement type is 562)
Backorder Processing
Backorder processing is a functionality in SAP where you can change the committments and over-ride the blockage of stocks
marked against sales documents/deliveries. For e.g. you receive an order from a very important customer for material "A" but
the entire quantity of A is committed to another customer "B" via earlier sales orders and this is where BACKORDER processing helps you to change the committment and shift stock due for B to A. This is the benefit of this funtionality.
OMIH - Checking rule for updating backorders
OPJL - Define new checking rule
OPJJ - Define scope of check
V_RA - Backorder Processing
Data selection:-
Sold-to-party Customer code Mandatory
Sales Organization Mandatory
Distribution Channel Mandatory
Division Mandatory
Changed confirmed quantity :-
Tick the material you want to changed and click the Backorder button
Confirmed quantity that still can be changed are highlighted.
V.15 - Backorder List

Division Mandatory
Z t codes are user defined T-codes

Hi
1.Requirement
Its nothing but pre condition if the condition is ok then system will check the access otherwise it will not. Its available in all condition technique.
Ex: req- 2 Item with pricing. It checks the pricing relevancy of the line item in its item category. If the line item is relevant for price it will access the condition otherwise no.
2. Yes we can do this..
3. Z transactions are not standard transactions. these are newly created to full fill the customer requirment.
4. Orders which will not contain confirmed shedulelins are called as Back orders. those orders are again processed as back orders for confirming the schedule lines.
