Hi,

Check is info record is marked for deletion or condition record not within validity period.

And for ur 2nd qtn..which price will be picked from info record or contract. That depends on how it has been maintained in access sequence.

Go to PB00 and check the access  sequence assigned .Go to  access sequence see the sequence in which search sequence is maintained. usually it will be contract first and then info record.

Hi Himanshu,

The price is always picked from the inforecord if it exists. Again it depends on the reference document. If you create a PO referring to the PO (old) then that PO price would be picked. For price to be picked from contact PO should be created referring to the contract. You can do the test in your test system.

Check if price is maintained in the info record under POrg view. If the price is fetched from last PO then it will have PBXX (this is normal way of PO price when PIR is created through Info Update from PO).

The PO price is picked up based on the access sequence defined in the condition type PB00. So check the access sequence in customizing for the condition type M/06. Else click on the Analysis icon in the conditions tab to see the Pricing Procedure.
