Hello,

I want to maintanin following scenario. I have a material which price depend on date of delivery

If I want to order material from 1.4.2015 to 1.6.2015 price should be 10€.

If I want to order this material from 2.6.2015 to 31.12.9999 price should be 12€.

So I have created inforecord for vendor - material.

On Purchase organization data 1 tab I filled indicator Price Determination (Pricing) Date Control with key number 2 Delivery date.

Than I maintained conditions for all validity periods above. In each validity period I maintained Condition type PB00.

But when I created PO price is still the same - according to first validity period.

I followed this topics:

and this manual:

Price Determination - Purchasing (MM-PUR) - SAP Library

(same scenario is at the bottom).

Please, can someone help me? Thank you in advance.

It is possible to use delivery date wise price determination process.

You process is right, you should get the warning message as 06484 - Delivery date changed (new price determination process may be necessary)

And the procedure of the message says :

That means you need to update the condition by selecting Update - Carry out new pricing (PO condition tab). Then you can see the new price as per delivery date.

Hi,

yes when I want to make PO I get this warning message which says "carry out a new price determination process". But how? My Condition Control tab in item detail view does not look like your.

Thank you.

You need to make the 'Pricing date control' as optional from field selection. For more details have a look into the

Its under Quantity and Price selection group.

When you have that frequent changes in pricing, what is the stock price of the material, is there then not commodity pricing?

I think you might have a daily/weekly/monhtly value calculation of the fixed price of the material and if this is the case, this should also be the price used for valuation when it is booked into stock.

The difference between stock valuation price and the actual purchase price should be booked as a purchase difference.

Dear Jakub,

Kindly create condition record (MEK1) with required key combination and try, you can create condition record with different validity period and price will be capture based on condition record during PO creation.

Hello,

I have tried your solution - but it does not work. I have created new condition record with condition type PB00, key combination Material info record.

Please see my pics of condition. Are there any additional steps I should maintain? I did not find any.

But primarily I am interested to maintain my scenario with inforecord (ME11).

Thank you.
