What is price amendment? How is it done in SAP?

If possible please explain it in details

Dear Tushar,

Po ammendment is nothing but change in price, It may be increase in price or decrease price. In SAP you can change purchase orders and scheduling agreements thru change programme, But there is no separate programm as ammendment.

But you can develope separate programme for rate ammendment in SAP.You create separate form and as per logic you can developme the same with the help of your abaper.

When you create ammendmet thru Ztransaction( developed transaction) system internally updates the rate in original purchase order.

Hi

Price amendment is nothing but, Price/Condition changes.This may carried out for either price increase / reduction w.r.t time.

In an Scheduling agreement, please follow the following steps for price amendment.

T-code: ME32L

Enter the SA number and press enter.

The SA line item screen will appear, Slect the line item you want to change the price.

And press Conditions"icon with dollar sign"

A pop screen will appear with validity period, press New validity period.and press continue.

Enter the new validity periods,

Price, UOM, per, if required contuinue with addtional condition types and enter values.

Press BACK and save the document. Price has been amended to your requirement.
