when PR convert to PO and GR & IR is done. Users can not change PR line items after PO release/ creation of GR or Invoice .

Hi, there is no standard solution for this.

In Note 1597160 - How to prevent PR changes after PO has been created the resolution is this:

"To achieve this functionality, you can develop your own logic by BAdI ME_PROCESS_REQ_CUST.

Another option would be using the release strategy for the PR, and set field selection keys for the release indicators, such as FZ01, FZ02, FZ03, they you can configure "display" forthe field selection keys. But this option will not check PO as well, it will prevent PR being changed in case PR being released."

So you will need to do a dev.
