Dear Expert,

We are experiencing an alignment issue when printing preprinted A4 forms from SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud using Adobe Forms. We have designed the form in Adobe LiveCycle Designer and have configured it in SAP, but when printing, the alignment does not match the preprinted template.

Here are the details of the issue:

  • We are using Adobe Forms to design preprinted A4 formats.
  • The alignment of fields and text is not correct when we print the form from SAP to the physical printer.
  • I have attached the printer model and the print output, but the issue persists.

Could anyone kindly assist in resolving this alignment issue?

Troubleshooting Steps Taken So Far:

  1. Printer Settings & Configuration: We’ve ensured that the printer is set to A4 paper size and checked the margins, but alignment still seems off.
  2. Adobe Form Layout: The Adobe Form layout has been double-checked in Adobe LiveCycle Designer, and the fields are aligned correctly.
  3. SAP Output Configuration: We’ve reviewed the output device settings and ensured that paper size and printer driver configurations are correct.
  4. Scaling Settings: We confirmed that scaling options like "Fit to Page" are not selected during printing.
  5. Print Preview: We checked the print preview in SAP, and the layout appears correctly there, but the printed output is misaligned.

We would appreciate any guidance on what could be causing the misalignment, especially if there are any SAP or printer-specific configurations that need to be adjusted.

Thank you for your help in advance!

Kind regards,

Prince
