will anybody plz let me know about what is a pre sales process,

actual sales and post sales process with a scenario and how

each of these reports will help an organisation........and which

reports are exactly require in each of these phases........

The individual customer interactions like personal visits, telephone calls or letters can be tracked as Sales Activities. The Sales Person must enter each interaction in the system. The following data will be entered with reference to a Sales Activity:

SAP provides detailed reports on sales activity. The user can filter the list by customers, contact persons, sales persons, status of the activity, etc.

One of the follow on functions of the sales activity can be inquiry or quotation generation. However, it is not possible to link the sales report to quotation status. The quotation status has to be manually updated.
