Dear Sir,

We created a Production Order and subsequently Released also . We confirmed activity also against this Order .

We are required to delete the Order now . We have cancelled the confirmed activity and now material is issued against the Order .

Now , when we try to mark the Order as "DELETED" in CO02 , then it is not getting marked Deleted .

Kindly guide us , as how can we DELETE the Production Order pl .

Dear Mr Mittal,

You can try the following method for deletion of production order.

!) Trans. SE16n

2) Insert table name- AFKO(order header) Or AFPO(order item) or AFVC(order operation)

3) Enter

4) Insert the required entries to restrict your selection.

5) &sap_edit in transaction bar & enter.

6) execute - you will get message 'SAP editing function is activated'

7) Select all & delet rows, save.

Hope this will work out.

Thanks & Regards

hi,

if you wish to completely remove this production order from your system,

not just only setting the flag (status) into TECO or DLFL, you have to archive using transaction SARA or CO78.

Here is the way:

- transaction SARA

- entering archiving object PP_ORDER

- create variant

- then create write job to create Archive File

- execute

Once this job complete,

- transaction SARA

- entering archiving object PP_ORDER

- choose delete

- select archive selection from write jobs/ session you have done before

- execute

In order to read archived production order, you have to ask ABAP to create Z report that reads data from archive (using ADK)

we have done this method for another archiving object too (RV_LIKP, SD_VBAK, MM_MATBEL etc.

Hi Mittal,

Pre-requisites to put Deletion flag in your case,

1) Give UD of Lot 03 entry

2) PI sheet/X-step completion (if you have used)

3) Mark TECO

Deletion flag active that doesn't mean it is deleted.

Deletion flag can be revoked.

For final deletion, you have to Archive those order which are previously put under deletion flag.

Use

1) CO78 - Archiving of Production Order

Hi,

I think the balance of the order is not zero yet.

first TECO the order.

Then run a settlement for the order.

Check the balance cost in the order, if it is zero it will allow u to set the deletion flag.

Hy,

Supposed reason may be,

1) Confirmation are done

2) Goods Issue

3) Inspection lot

4) Any cost book over the order

As you have clear that you have only cancel the Confirmation but goods issue is done.So just try to delet the order after reverse the goods issue. If you are using 03 type of inspection then , it also doesn't allow to set deletion flag until you have delet the inspection lot.

Hi,

There are number of dependencies to set the DLFL (Deleted).

1. No Costs should be on the order ( Settlement should have happened already).

2. No COGI and/or COFC entries..

3. No PCNF (Both at Order Header Level and Operation Level).

4. No open PurReq. against this Order.

Etc..

TECO for that production order

Hope this helps..

Hi,

The order can also be marked as technically complete "TECO" in CO02. From menu Function>Restrict processing.

Hello,

I am not sure what's the reason you are trying to delete the production order. You should be able to do it by : Function -> Deletion Flag -> Activate.

The Flag will become set status: DLFL.

Else you can TECO the order also.
