PR release strategy

HI Gurus,

After PR raised and release, changed cost centre but no new release strategy triggered...

why it so happened.. where i need to chk the settings.

Hello,

It would depend on whether or not a cost center is one of your characteristics in your strategy, check to see if it is relevant by looking up CL24N or CL02.

So basedo n your parameters, I believe your changed value still resides with in the old strategy brackets. Moreover You might be interested in looking up the Release indicators for your Req.

Release Strategy will retrigger only if Price or Quantity Increased.

Check in your rele. indicator the rele id should be assigned with "4" (4- Changeable, new release in case of new strat. or val. change) .. check this is assigned or not??

There're several things to check :

1. what characteristic that u used in the PR release strategy (CL03)

2. check what's the changablity value in release indicator.

SPRO->Materials ManagementPurchasingPurchase Requisition-Release Procedure-Procedure with Classification-Set Up Procedure with Classification-Release indicator

3. if u used Cost center as the characteristic, make sure the cost center value exist (CL20N)
