PR Release procedure with cost center

Dear SAP Expert, 

I have a requirement to have PR workflow via Cost center, I'm using the old release procedure and not the --flexible workflow

the issue is tha the release is not triggred when I create PR

TE CLASSIF : 

THE CARACTERISTIC  Cost center 

CL24N

--> I wanted to check if my config is correct, so I remove the cost center from my classification and did a PR without cost center and the release is triggred so the release is configured correctely, 

Could you please tell me what did I miss ? 

I can't use the flexible workflow since we dont have HR module (to create the approuvers as Employee) and it can be complicated to use and Iam not sure if it's going to work for cost center or not, ... but if it's the only solution I can switch to flexible

Hi,

CEBAN-KOSTL is CHAR field of length 10 and hence you need to pass leading zeros while you maintain characteristics. In your example, you need to pass the CC as 0010100001 in CL24N and test the scenario.

If its still not triggered and you are in S4 104 or 105, you may check the correction note # 3008735 - Release strategy not determined for PR when cost center is configured as characteristic

I just Added the 2 missing CHAR and it's working now thank you
