PR /PO Created from PM Order not displayed in S_ALR_87013558

Dear All,

                         PR is created through the Maintenance Order .The PR /PO is not appearing as Commitment in Project Reports S_ALR_87013558 but  It appears  at the time of Material Receipt(MIGO) as Actual Costs.

Hi

Check the following settings:

1)In t-code KOAB , 'commitment management' is activated against the order type.

2)Check in OIOA, 'open item management' check box is activated or not.

3) check in OPSV, both the check boxes are ticked for order type 30 or not.

If you want to see the PO are linked to the WBS you can use transaction ME23N, use the WBS as a filter.

You can also use transaction CN41 to see the open value.

What happens when you go to the Cost tab in IW33 and click the Rep. Budget/Commit button?

Have you tried the report KOB2

HI,

Check COOI table with the value type 21 for PR.

RPSCO master table for project account database check it if helpful.

such other report for project commitment as CJI5 here you can see the commitment cost,

and for actual CJI3 for seeing actual cost.
