PR not generate after run MRP for spare

Suppose we have a fg material order and mrp type is pd and stregy type is 20,and we have also one spare requirement we have save mrp type pd and strgy type is 10 ,in both material we have set induvidual requirement blank ,we have rm stock but after mrp run system will not consider stock ,but we need to consider it in that case ,we need resolution what configuration we have skip so that we can check it properly and configure accordingly ,share complete procedure along with configuration in sap s/4 hana public cloud

PR not generated by MRP, there will may be several reasons, for example, the exist supply already covered, the demand is not in the the planning horizon, etc. It is difficult to list all the possible setting and configuration. 

You may try to create a very near demand for this material, and run MRP for it by deleting the old supply element. Check if the new supply will generate, if yes, then probably the configuration is ok. Then you can just check MRP related master data.
