Hi all

In ppds is there any way to set up the usage of a scondary resource by a percentage?

For example, to produce 1 item I need 50% of one person. I need to consume 50% of this resourse during the duration of the order, because one person can manage 2 lines at the same time.

So for 2 lines I need 100% of one person.

Go to CR11 transaction and Maintain the Pooled resource of your one person.

Here No.of Individual capacity should be 1. incase if you want 2 persons, then you should maintain it as 2.

Then, go to your work center and use above pooled capacity in your capacity details along with your regular capacity defined.

For ex:- you have already maintained a work center with standard capacity group 001. then you can one more capacity group with your pooled capacity for the same work center.

like this maintain your pooled capacity in your workcenter1 (50%) and workcenter2 (50%).

Here, we cant confirm the percentages of your pooled capacity. But we can say like your one person can be manage both workcenter1 and workcenter2.
