Hi wang,

In Task list the status should be 4 ( as released).

Only then this task list activity prices can be taken for cost run.

After cost estimation and cost release only production order can be created for a material.

So that the planned costs and actual costs can be calculated. If Task list status is not maintained as 4 ( released then these can not be done.

Revert back if anything.

Dear Krishna,

Thanks for your answer.

I have checked the reference [;. But I hope to know what inpact of creating pp orders it is?

EX. I set the task list status to "3" release for costing, then created a product order in this task list. It showed "Task List not release" but the order still was created. Then.. what impact is it to the order? Is it consistency problem there ? or cannot good receive ?

Best Regards.

Hi,

I had tried the process below, but no error happened. So I got confused if TL status "3 release of costing" is for costing only?

But it seems product order processes is okey?

1. Op46 set Task List status "3" be able to RelIND

Status----

RelInd - Cstng - Cons.chk.

1 Created

2 Released for order -

X -

-

X

3 Released for costing - X -

X --- X

4 Released (general) -

X -

X --- X

2. Opeb set Automatic Selection

Priority Usage Status

1 N 4Released (general)

2 N 3Released for costing

3 N 2Released for order

4 2 4Released (general)

5 2 2Released for order

3. Create order and relese order

4. Co11n Good receive

5. Teco order

6. Co13 revert

Thanks.

hi,

This also has something do with the automatic selection of task lists. In your case

check the settings in OPEB. it seems for the selection id used for the order type

even the status Released for costing is considered for creating a production order

so you may not get a error while creating the order.

Check this & revert.

Hi betsy,

as you mentioned release for costing and released generel have the same options ticked in your case please remove the first check box in released for costing option. then it will work as per the standerd.

Hi,

Co asked if pp task list status can be "3", so that co costing would be able to follow that task list "3".

So that I change IMG as above testing and created order.

I know if I tick it off on options, then it would work as standard. But if I change it as not standard,If it would work correctly? Or It cannot work by this way?

Best Regards.
