To fulfill the client's requirement of the budget check as per the costing sheet we are creating & budgeting a Project with WBS as line items of the cost sheet. The same has been done. But we need to bring different production costs to different WBS for the budget control to work. The raw material will be procured on one WBS. Power Charges of production will go to different WBS. So on & so forth.
We don't have a network, activities, or material components in Project Structure. We want different production costs to go to different WBS so that budget checks can happen. How can this be achieved?
Also, posting of SFG & FG on WBS also requires a budget. How can this be achieved?
