Post upgrade test 2408 stuck at 0%

Hello SAP Community,

after the first run of the post upgrade tests for 2408 we're now experiencing trouble with the test automation tool. Even when stating a single test process we can't see any progress. The test gets stuck at 0% even over hours. Is there any one else with the same issue or who has an idea, how to solve this?

The necessary preparations and check were successfull: URL for the test automation, DEFAULT-role with correct and validated credentials, needed business roles for the used user, user is not lock, no other work load like KPI analysis or jobs. All steps mentioned in KB articles like 3082337 or 3087418  are done and double checked.

We are without more ideas, what to check or what needs to be tweaked. If you have experieanced the same, please let us know.

Can you drop an email to post_upgrade_test@sap.com with the system details and customer name.
The team will follow up and help you with this scenario.

Hi Anurag,

Many thanks for your suggestion. We wrote a mail and provided additional information to the post upgrade test team.
They have taken action and fixed the issue so our testing has been continued the next day.

Until now we did not experience futher trouble 🙂
