Hi Gurus,

We are facing problem with PO history. The material document created in the History load was 9999999 this not the actual document number but system has taken this number by default.

Now we need to delete the history from the PO and re updated the history.

Is there any way to delete the history??

Thanks,

Vish

Hi,

Seems to be an inconsistency. Please check the note: 167242 - Inconsistency in purchase order history material document which offers few correction reports to correct the inconsistency. You may check the note.

If this is production issue, you need to check how many reference document linked. I mean PO Document, material document, delivery doc,DMS document, Invoice document etc, cancel those document and can archive document after taking approval from IT head. An archival of document use SARA tcode.

The docu for program  RM06EEI1 explains: "Reset programs for automatically updated POs and the accounting documents created are currently not available."

So, can you able to display the material document number from MB03 or MIGO or even click on the document number in PO history ?

What about EKBE table ? Can you post screen shot please.

Hi Patra,

We are not able to display the Material document neither in MB03 or MIGO as there is no number range maintained. system randomly picks this number and updates the history.

you will never see more than you have in the PO history, as what you see there IS the PO history. You cannot see material documents as you did not load historic material documents

Even in case you had provided a correct old material document number from your legacy system you would not be able to drill down further, the number would just be an optical reference which you could use to lookup details in your legacy system.
