PO header condition not editable

Hi gurus, I have an issue in a PO header condition ZMUL.

When I create a PO for a vendor with schema IMPORT all the conditions are posted in conditions tab, some of them have sec.access and others no. In the case of ZMUL the problem that I see is that is not editable at once, what I have to do is to delete it from the PO header condition tab and then add it...at that moment the system allows me to change the value but not at once.

This is the config:

Example steps:

1. create PO: enter vendor, material, qty, price, plant.

2- go to header - conditions tab and I see this:

At this moment the ZMUL value cannot be changed.

3. Delete ZMUL and add it again and now it allows me to add value:

What I need is to be able to change the value at once and avoid the process of delete ZMUL and add it again.

Is that possible?
