PO /GR status made from PR

Dear Freinds,

Is there any reports which will track the status of PR 's made, i.e. the report should tell me from a particular PR how many PO were made its number , GR document number and its status ie qty ordered (incase of Po ) ,qty received ( incase of GR).

Please check the report ME5A with proper input criteria like partially ordered or status of the PR etc.It will give the required output.If not check the table EBAN.

HI

One way is check the Tcode ME5A

In this MEnu Bar - Edit - Dynamic selections

In this select PO and GR as per your requirement. Then execute.

Second way is Table EBAN.

And check the processing status tab.

Try it out.

Hi,

I don't think , standard report is available, you need to develope the report using EKPO & MSEG table.
