PM order/notification - auto email when release and completion

HI Community,

My client want to receive an e-mail in his outlook (Alert) whenever an order/notification is created, released or completed, How can achieve this ?

there is no way for that, SAP standard function will send this to sap internal email box, but can’t sent to their outlook box. The only way is to ask your ABAPer to develop a program to enhance your screen, it can be a text field and you can fill one or many email address on it, after you release the order, it will send an email to external email address. This also need your basis to enable email function on sap. If you want the functional specification, I can also share with you, I just finished a OIL project which need this.

Are you sure you want an email sent every time an order/notification is created, released or completed?

This could result in your Outlook inbox being flooded with emails - especially after IP30 has run.

A better idea would be to have one consolidated email (say each day) that lists the orders created/released/closed to reduce the number of emails being produced.

As Albert notes above, you need to develop a solution..
