1)Check release group ,release codes

2)Simulate release strategy in the config of release strategy

3)Check the user is mapped in ur org plan in tcode PPOME

4)Check value of characterstic properly maintained in tcode CL24N

5)Check authorization and roles properly assigned to the user with correct release codes.
