PLEASE ENTER THE NUMBER - FD01

Dear All,

Hope you all are good...

Am getting the error notification message as "PLEASE ENTER THE NUMBER" while creating a customer code creation in FD01. Unfortunately system does not show any additional details of the error.

Despite i have done the setting properly for OBD2,XDN1 and OBAR. I tried with External and Internal but still this error pops up... Whereas i had created the customer account for other company codes earlier but now am getting the same error message to my old company codes as well. I never get a solution anywhere.

Can anyone help???

Try to find out what is the exact message - message class and number.

At least in the system where I checked there is no message that corresponds exactly to what you pasted. There are a few messages which look similar, though.

If this is a custom message - try first with where-used in SE93, if no luck - you can search for development and functional deign documentation or just debug.

If this is a standard message - search first for notes in the support portal.

And, please, when you have problems with a specific error in the future - always provide the message class and number!
