PLDV status despite final confirmation

Hi Gurus

I have a process order which has both CNF and PLDV status. Now the process order has the status Partially Delivered but the in the Goods Receipt tab The Final Delivery box has been checked. How do I change the order's status into DLV?

Dear,

Cancel your confirmation through Co13 and once again confirm the operation.

or in the production order (CO02) go to goods receipt tab try to tick the delivery completed box and save the order.

The order status will be changed to PLDV to DLV

Are you working with co-product? If so, you need to final delivery every co-product in your process order. You can do so by going to component screen, double click on co-product, click on final delivery.

Alternatively, just tech.complete the process order.

No I am not not using co-products and the Final Delivery box in the process order has already been checked. What could be wrong?

Confirmation was made with production of material underdelivered. The material is not consistent with planned qty in actual.

Please also check COGI for this orders whether the goods receipt is still in the error log or not.

Well, it is really not possible via business logic of SAP (not that I know of). Does this occur for every production orders in your system or just one? In case of many orders found, do they have the same characteristics or patterns (e.g., for this material/plant only).

If you can provide the screen shot (order header, goods receipt tab, component screen, etc.) it will be helpful.

Another way is to post OSS to ask SAP.

BTW, it is PDLV (Partially Delivered) status, right?

Yes the order has the status PLDV

When does SAP give an order that status anyway? DOes an order gain PLDV after confirmation?

SAP gives the status PLDV as soon as there are parts deliveried.

CO03 - Delivered Quantity not 0

I most business cases this is archived by confirming an operation which has "Autom. Goods Receipt" in the Control Key.

You worried me with PLDV thing. In my system, (and with all that I've seen so far) it the PDLV. Maybe just the typo.

Please answer my questions about the pattern of orders that contain this case. Have you check COGI, as advised?

Ive checked COGI and there doesnt seen to be any error for that order

Also, as of now we've only encountered this issue for this specific order

I would say this is the technical thing (which can be fixed by just tech.complete the order). Maybe there is an error in the database during the update.

Hi,

Pl. concel the last operation of the order into co13,

Go to CO11N, enter order no.,select confirmation type--Final confirnation,

save the order, order status will be changed to DLV.

I have to cancel the confirmation on the last operation? But the confirmation on the last operation has already been set to FInal Confirmation, it is correct in itself. Is this the only way I can change the status?

Dear,

Go to order change mode of production order and further in good receipt tab and mark check box Final delivery/delivery completed.
