Plant maintenance settlement cost center

Dear all,

I have an issue with the cost center that is used for settlement in plant maintenance orders.

We have three costcenters: a general one *M00 / one for line A *M0A / one for line B *M0B.

Functional locations have cost centers attached to them and I expect the cost center to be picked up there.

We have one specific user in the warehouse who always gets the general cost center *M00 in his PM orders. Even when the functional location is linked to Line A or Line B.

However when I try to reproduce an identical order in Quality, the correct cost center is picked up.

How can this happen? Can it be linked with authorisations? Can it be linked with warehouse users using Netweaver for creating orders?

I really do not understand...

It can be related to the fact the user creates/changes the settlement rule manually.
