Planning calender

Hi All,

Can any one please xplain the concept of planning calender. I know it is created by t.code md25. But after creating where all we can assign?

Is it a part of MM or PP?

hi debashish,

i t is assigned in MRP 2 screen. and is part of the MRP function. base on the settings in theplanning calender the procurement proposals are created.

Hi,

Planning calendar is PP part. It is used for MRP only. Planning calendar mainly used for planning the materials only.
