Planning calender not working

We have factory calender set up working 7 days and planning calender for 5 days but still planned order/PR are generated on saturday. using standard lot size pk

period looks ok

Hello,

Have you assigned the planning calendar to material master?

You may try an option of 'Do not displace' regenerate period and run MRP again.

Also Do you have GR processing time in the Material Master?

I have assigned it in material master as well tried all types for option but still not sure ...also GR time is 0

Please share the screen shot of lot size PK from OMI4 setting and also share screen shot of planned order details.

maintained shcduling in omi4 and it worked

Do you have a goods receipt processing time for your material? If so, you may have to change the setting "date interpretation" in your lot sizing procedure

No only in house time as its a HALB material

yes..standard lot size PK
