Hi all,
I have a question regarding my pricing condition maintained in a PIR.
In one of my PIR record, there is two validity line records in the pricing condition with the following date range and value:
1 - 2008.04.01 to 2010.12.31 ==> PB00 is USD853,00/1 PC
2 - 2011.01.01 to 2999.12.31 ==> PB00 is USD853,00/1 PC
However, the strange thing is that in the Purchasing Org screen in the PIR, the NET price value is "879,00 per 1pc" even with the VALID-TO field value as "2999.12.31".
May I know why the the Net price in this view not picking up the USD853? Something go wrong in the PIR?
(in between the Pr Date Category is 2-delivery date).
Please help.

the PIR net price is updated if you maintain a condition record for the current period.
if you maintain an info record condition for a future period, then the net price is not updated automatically, not even if your future perido becomes curent someday.
To update the net price from conditions you have to run report RM06INP0 report.

Hi Jurgen,
I am still a little bit confuse as of why in the Purchasing Org screen in the PIR, the NET price value is "879,00 per 1pc" even with the VALID-TO field value as "2999.12.31".
Question1-
Shouldn't the above field automatically pick-up what is maintained in the condition screen of the most latest pricing record which is the USD853,00 for the second line item I described previously?
Question2 -
What have caused the 879,00 being inserted into the Purchasing Org screen in the PIR, the NET price field? where is this USD879,00 coming from??
Thanks and please help.

if you create a new price condition today, february 14, with a valid from february 20 to december 31st 2999, then this price is not updated into the info record net price because it is not valid today.
you have to run RM06INP0 report on Feb 20 to get the then valid price to the info record net price field.
I dont know how your info record was created. if you create info records by IDOC in an initial load, then the info record net price can be filled with any value, this price field is only for the optics, it is not taken in the PO process. prices are taken from conditions only.
Run RM06INP0 and dont worry about past entries in this net price field
