Hi,

while creating pgi error shows that

The storage location is not defined for delivery item 000010 000000000000000395 FINISHED MATERIAL20,000EA

Pl solve this issue.

Hi,

For storage location there is no direct assignment like plant, shipping point lik that, you should maintain the storage location with the plant only, how many u want you can maintain with in the plant only.

Rule for determining storage locations how the system determines the picking location when you create a delivery without entering a storage location for the items.

MALA Shipping point / plant / storage condition

RETA Plant / situation (SITUA) / storage condition

MARE MALA, then RETA

You can also use userexit for the determination.

Alternatively check:

IMG > LOGISTICS EXECUTION > SHIPPING > PICKING > DETERMINE PICKING LOCATION > Storage Location Determination with Situation.

U r probably entering a wrong storage location in delivery doc.

Chk for the same in MMBE.

Also maintain the storage location for ur material

,select the plant/storage view and exter your storage location and save if not maintained till now.

Then,

In Vl02n .. goto Picking tab ... then give the sotrage location where u have stored the material, then give the qty to be picked which is = to delv qty ... then do PGI

Hi,

Check in material master whether loading group is defined or not, if so then give that, also check whether u have maintained shipping point deternimination with loading groupplantshipping point combination.

Hi Raj,

please check whether you have entered the storage location for the delivery item during delivery process. go to vl01n/vl02n, and select 'picking' tab page. enter the storage location.

Hi,

check whether the material is existing in the storage location or not. It could be because the material is not extended to the storage. If not, extend the material with MM01, select the plant/storage view and exter your storage location and save.
