Personnel numbers not showing in the COOIS report for operation confirmation

Dear Experts,

I’d like to discuss a specific requirement from our client, regarding generating KPI reports for their employees. So, the requirement is like this. For example, the production processes include a printing operation, and they want to generate a KPI report detailing the number of printing jobs each employee completes annually. 

Currently:

• During operation confirmation using CO11N, we have a field to record the personnel number, and we can select employees from the system.
  
• And we can use Production Order Information System (COOIS), to filtering based on personnel numbers.
     

  As you can see though we can record the personnel number during operation confirmation, but this data is not being reflected in the report (Refer the above screen shot). So, is there any way we can capture the personnel number entered during operation confirmation and link it to the standard reports?
