Personnel number 00000339 not active on 01.08.2016 in cat2

Hi,

I am getting the above message in Cat2 tcode. I have checked the personnel no in pa30. it is there and validity also.

Please help.

Hi,

If working on S4H,then in t-code BP create employee as a business partner ,in employee data enter the personnel no.Then for the role business partner enter the external bp no as the personnel no.

Ken is correct. Your Time Sheet default infotype would be limited till 31.07.2016

That looks valid.  Check the other infotypes, one of them is triggering the message.  Could be out of date validity or they could be retired, etc.

There should be some thing missing the personal number, contact your HR consultant.
