PCR For time Schema

Hello Experts,

our company wants to change the time interval of late coming, short leave and half day for the employees with flextime worksschedule. i am new to SAP HCM, i have read some threads on scn but could not understand them, please help me how to write rule and how to add it in Schema.

Timings are as follows:

Late coming: starts from 1 hour and 15 minute after start time.

Short leave: starts after 2 hours from start time & 2 hours before end time

Half day: starts after 4 hours

You can refer this document

You can change the HRS?0 in pcr ZE/L accordingly with your requirement.

1st comparing with 4 hours

then comparing with 2 hour, etc.

You need to have more knowledge in time schema, you can refer Useful documents for Schema & PCR configuration and press F1 key and using T-code PDSY more. Good luck!

You should read documentation on Time Evaluation to learn, such as those mentioned by Woody, those in the Time Eval. Wiki (HCM Time Management - ERP Human Capital Management - SCN Wiki) and those available though help.sap.com

Also do a Time Evaluation Test, with the "Display log" box checked, for one employee and for a period of a few days, and drill down into that log to see how Time Entries are read and processed.
