Hi All,
Presently I have a immediate requirement, ASAP information is requested from you all:
1. Payroll Area presently the client has Bi weekly
2. Client needs some employeeu2019s to be moved to weekly(only one Personnel area)
3. Client Payroll is maintained by third party system
Please suggest me how to go about of doing necessary configuration changes for the above said business requirement in SAP System

hi,
you can change the payroll area of the EE through fast entry in IT 0001.
but it is advisable to chnage the payroll area at the end of the period.

Hi,
of course you need to create the new payroll area but also create the Payroll Control Record (transaction PA03).
Furthermore probably your feature ABKRS needs to be changed.

You can use Action (IT0000) to change the Payroll area to the new one with weekly payroll period, for all the employees that require such a change. The payroll area can be changed only at the end of a payroll period. That would help.
