Just wondering if any of you, changes payroll area for new and resigned staff only...
Yes ,company can have more then one payroll area according to business and nature of employment ...you canc hange the payroll area if you wish to not to run the payroll of resignee employees and at the time of Resignation/Separation you can change the payroll area ...

: Payroll concern ..it;s good once we will recive Employee Clearance then we will run the payroll for the same .
For new joinees for one paryroll area. Resigned employees another payroll area.
Yes it will work.If employee resigned this month this month we are not running the payroll for that employee. that will goes to full and finall settlement only. so for that you need to run separately you can use separate payroll area for that resigned employees.
