The answer on 1st question is YES. You set payment date during payroll periods generation. Check transaction OG00.

The answe on 2nd question depends on your approach. I can see 2 approaches to address this requirement:

1. Set up off cycle payroll for payring advances for vacations. Then you can use full power of SAP. By this I mean you can easily post results of off cycle to FI system, generate bank file (DME), customize calculation (amount, taxes, social insurance, etc.) if needed.

2. Create advance wage type in It 0015. This should be deduction wage type that will be deducted from payroll. Then all other related processes should be addressed by non-SAP-standard means (calculation, posting, DME).

HI

Point 1 - While generating Payroll period you can specify Payday rule. Payday Rule field specifies how the payment date should be calculated for each payroll period.

Point 2 - In case the Leave is Unpaid, you just have to maintain LOP(Loss of pay) after that month's payroll is run. System will automatically generate /552 (Difference in Netpay)- Previous Adjustment / Last Month Adjustment in this regard and deduct from current payroll.
