hi
i restore the old database from SQL 2008 R2 version . after completing the restore process. i go to open the Sap B1 choose company field. choose the company Which I restored , Giving User id And Password but The Old database password is Wrong . Only I remember new Database password. any possibility to log in ??? May i change the database password In SQL??? user id Is manager... is it possible???

In order to reset the password you need to create incident in SAP Portal, component -SBO-BC You will be required as stated in the SAP 978292:
"In order to unlock the user please contact you Global Support Center together with a manager fax that explains that the only super user in the database was locked and confirms the unlocking of that user."
Please ask the customer to submit the lettter attached to the following number: +1-514-879-7234 (to SAP Business One Support). When you have it done, return the message to SAP in order to perform a webex and reset the password.
