Partial Rejection- Quality Inspection

Hello Experts

In inbound scenario, we are unable to find the option of partial rejection during QI. In manage inspection lot, only follow on function for full receipt works. We have also checked the configuration on EWM side & its looks good but applicability of 'rejection' follow on function is bit confusing. Appreciate, if someone can help on this

Hello Vivek,

I'm not quite sure what's exactly not working in your system, but I can explain what we stumbled across back then during customizing.

For partial lots you need at least two follow-up actions, e.g.

• EWM_AP: Acceptance of partial quantity
• EWM_RP: Rejection of partial quantity

You need to assign these to your usage decision codes in a specific selected set for partial lots. In Plant-Dependent QM Settings then assign this selected set to your inspection type in column "PL Sel. Set". Additionally you also need usage decision codes for the inspection lot, which you need to accept/reject independant from the partial quantities.

When performing a usage decision with partial quantities in QA11, click on button "EWM Inspection" at the top. Then you need to split the quantity with the "pen"-button and select your respective partial lot usage decision codes.
