Hello all,
A common query we get from auditors is to show that SAP standard programs have not been changed. We do this by showing them TRDIR where the can see the unam/udat field has SAP ID and date. However, we always have a question in case of a standard SAP parameter transaction, most recently with tcode S_PH9_46000223 which seems to be a tcode that runs an SAP query when executed. When I check in TRDIR for the report generated by this query, it shows a user ID and not "SAP" in the UDAT field. Does that mean the program was changed or is it a case of the system taking the user ID of the user who ran the tcode the first time. Is there any SAP documentation around this that can be referred to?
Similar question for SAP BI query, what is the best way to show auditors that the BI query has not been changed?
