PAE NEJH Status; Assessed on 10.04.2016, has right to opt-in

HI Experts,

While running the Payroll, I am getting a warning which states " PAE NEJH Status; Assessed on 10.04.2016, has right to opt-in". Can someone please let me know, how can I check what conditions made the employee Non Eligible Job Holder.
