PA40 and PA41 functionality

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me what is the difference between PA40 and PA41 functionality. Where we use PA40 and where PA41.

PA40 is to Run Personnel Actions and PA41 is to make changes in date fields of Personnel Actions like change in Entry/leaving date.

Yes, we can!! (quoted from Barrack O.)

Just have a try with this transaction PA41 in your DEV - system to get a feeling of what it does.

Be aware, however, that if during your normal actions (PA40) infotypes are maintained via dynamic actions/user exits, the dates of theses infotypes don't necassarily get changed as well and thus require a bit a 'manual' after-processing.

PA40-Actions

PA41-Change of Actions

itself denoting what it functions....Check how it functions in SAP.

Not only changing of the date of Hiring/Leaving.

You need to know change of actions can be done in actions, But the change of actions cannot effect the dynamic actions.
